Leavens, a dedicated community leader, retired business owner and teacher, served as Mayor from 2003 to 2006. Leavens worked with staff to build a positive relationship between staff and the Mayor’s Office. Sanitary Sewer Flushing and CCTV
Sanitary sewer flushing and CCTV works is set to begin in Pelham on August 13, 2021 and will be completed by approximately September 20, 2021. Flusher and camera trucks will be in various locations throughout the Town as they complete these works.

Town names Leah Letford as next Communication Specialist
