Town of Pelham - YOUth Matter
The mission of the Town of Pelham's Mayor's Youth Advisory Collective (MYAC) Working Group is to provide a communication link between the youth of Pelham and the Pelham Town Council. The needs of the youth may be addressed and action can be taken to enrich the quality of life, health and well-being of youth in our community.
MYAC's Objectives:
- To identify and bring forward issues which will have an impact on Pelham youth.
- To keep Town Council informed of important matters affecting youth.
- To act as a positive advocate for youth.
- To promote positive meaningful activities for youth in partnership with the Community.
- To actively seek input from youth on important matters.
- To provide leadership experience for youth.

Becoming a MYAC Member
The working group for the 2022/2023 term has been selected. Applications for the 2023/2024 term are now open. Please click here to apply! Applications must be submitted by August 11, 2023. Successful applicants will be contacted by the start of the school year. All applicants must be youth in grades 6-12 who live or go to school in Pelham.

When Do We Meet?
MYAC meets regularly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 4:30 p.m. from September through to June. Meetings may be subject to change due to conflict with school or holiday schedules.
