On Monday July 6th, the Meridian Community Centre will be open for camp programs and on Wednesday July 8th, it will be open for pre-arranged ice rentals as well. All regular recreational programming is still cancelled and the MCC walking track will remain closed until further notice. The Old Pelham Town Hall (OPTH) remains closed to the public.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Though yoga is beneficial for all, chair yoga is the perfect way for seniors to discover yoga.

It takes the Zumba®formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
