Draft East Fonthill Site Master Plan Released

During the Tuesday, February 18th Regular Meeting of Council, consultants for the Town of Pelham, the Planning Partnership, presented a draft site master plan for the northern portion of the East Fonthill area.

The Town of Pelham is pleased to announce that the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) has officially approved the East Fonthill Secondary Plan. News of the approval was presented to Council during Committee of the Whole on Monday, February 3, 2014.

  • an indoor pool
  • a fitness facility
  • a gymnasium facility
  • an indoor walking track
  • meeting space and multi-purpose community rooms to accommodate community leisure programs and activities
