As part of the re-opening of facilities, the Town of Pelham has developed new rules and regulations that all members of the public and facility users must abide by. These rules and regulations have been developed in consultation with the Ontario Recreation Facilities Association’s Re-Entering and Re-Opening Guiding Principles and Best Practices, with the safety of facility staff and the public in mind.

Town Hall open to public by appointment only - what you need to know

Town Hall is now open to the public by appointment only, following Public Health guidelines, safety standards, and best practices. All entries into Town Hall will be via the lower level doors adjacent to the Peace Park parking lot. 

When visiting Town facilities, the public will be asked to submit to a standardized screening test including having their temperature taken. Face coverings, when unable to physically distance, are required.

Pelham pool is open - what you need to know

Amidst the current heatwave, the timing of reopening the Pelham Public Pool could not be better.

Operating with a revised schedule following guidelines from Public Health and the Province around COVID-19 (Coronavirus),  staff have reorganized the number of sessions provided, the number of classes available, and the number of swimmers in the pool at a time.

Please be aware that there will be no drop-in programs, and registration must be completed in advance.

The Town of Pelham Council meeting on Monday, July 13, 2020, will begin at 6:30 p.m. not 5:30 p.m.

The hour delay is to accommodate a public  meeting being held beforehand.
