2024 Final Property Tax Bills mailed June 7, 2024

The Town of Pelham's 2024 Final Property Tax bill have been mailed out on June 7, 2024. Residents who have not received their final tax bill by June 17, 2024, are encouraged to contact the Pelham Tax Department via email at taxes@pelham.ca or by phone at 905-980-6678.
Residents are reminded to retain their final tax bill from the June mailing, for 2024 income tax purposes.

Notice: Rural Roadside Mowing
The Town of Pelham is continuing the rural roadside mowing program beginning on June 3, 2024.
The initial cut, occurring over the next three weeks, weather permitting, mows from the road to the bottom of the ditch in rural areas. The cut assists in controlling weeds, ticks and other invasive species. The mowing also assists in improving road drainage and sight lines for vehicles.
