   Niagara Falls - Welland - Southern Niagara Region, Ont. (046720)

Current details:
Crippling blizzard Friday into Saturday.

Travel will become dangerous and is not advised.

Hazards:
Blizzard conditions with wind gusts of 100 to 120 km/h.
