Temporary Road Closure 

Where: Highway #20 between Balfour Street and Centre Street 

When: Friday, October 20 as of 2:15 p.m. 

Why: Gas leak detected. Emergency crews are responding and the closure will remain in effect until the leak has been resolved.

Alternate Route: Please use an alternate route.

Watermain Replacement Notice: Station Street from Lyndhurst Avenue to Hurricane Road

When: Beginning October 17, 2023 with Substantial Completion by November 30^th, 2023

Where: Station Street from Lyndhurst Avenue to Hurricane Road

Why: Contractors will be working on the stated project section from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, to complete the replacement of the existing watermain. This project includes a new watermain, water services to properties in the project section, and surface restorations...

Temporary Road Closure

Where: Kilman Road between Cream Street and Centre Street

When: Wednesday, October 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Why: Cross culvert replacement

Alternate Route: Please use an alternate route as no through traffic will be permitted. There will be no access for emergency vehicles during this closure.

UPDATE: September 13, 2023 - 10:00 am

The closure has been updated and is on Foss road between Haist Street and Pelham Street.

Why: Region of Niagara Sewer Force Main Repair

Alternate Route: The road will be open to emergency traffic only. Please use an alternate route as no through traffic will be permitted.

When: Beginning Tuesday September 5th, 2023 with an estimated re-opening on Wednesday November 22, 2023.

Why: Culvert replacement.
