The Town of Pelham has lowered the flags across the community as the Right Honourable Brian Mulroney's lying-in-state begins today, March 19, 2024. The Right Honourable Brian Mulroney was Canada’s 18th Prime Minister.

Applications for Revision to Previously Approved Draft Plan of Subdivision, and Zoning By-law Amendments were received for the property located on the north side of Port Robinson Road, east of Station Street and known legally as Part of Lot 167 (Geographic Township Of Thorold); Part of Lots 17, 18 & 19 Registered Plan No. 717 in the Town of Pelham, Regional Municipality of Niagara (see attached plan).

Pelham, ON—The Corporation of the Town of Pelham has received, for the fourth consecutive year, an Award for Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) for its 2022 annual financial report, which was submitted for consideration in 2023.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pelham passed By-Law No. 13 (2024) on March 6, 2024, being a by-law which amends Zoning By-law No. 4481 (2022), as amended, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.

Pelham, ON – The Town of Pelham has, for the second year, received two Festivals and Events Ontario (FEO) Top 100 awards recognizing the annual four-day Pelham Summerfest Festival and the Pelham Summer Chill Series, which combines live music, the farmers' market and the supper market.

As part of the 2016 Wastewater Master Servicing Plan, the Town of Pelham has been identified as an area of significant growth. To support existing and future flows and system connectivity associated with growth, more trunk sewer capacity is required on Quaker Road. 

The Meridian Community Centre will be open on Family Day 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. FREE family day activities are taking place from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. including magic shows, face painting a community expo and more.
