Public Notice Change of Date: Town of Pelham - Development Charges Update Study and Public Meeting for proposed by-law
Public Meeting for a proposed Secondary Plan in accordance with Section 22 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
On Wednesday, January 24, 2024 the Council of the municipality of the Town of Pelham will hold a special public meeting, pursuant to section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, as amended, to present and obtain public input on the municipality’s proposed development charges (D.C.) by-law and underlying background study.
