Regional Chair Jim Bradley and Niagara’s local municipal mayors offer the following joint statement regarding the decision to lift the State of Emergency:
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pelham passed By-law No.4371 (2021) on September 7, 2021, which adopts amendment no. 12 to the Town of Pelham Official Plan under Section 22 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
Pelham, ON – Marlene Stewart Streit Park (MSSP), a central hub for community activity in Pelham, will become the home of Pelham’s second splash pad, a dedicated pavilion area and a fully updated swimming pool thanks to the support from the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP).
