Temporary Road Closure Notice 

Where: Summersides Boulevard – Between Station Street and Klager Avenue

When: Starting April 20 with an estimated completion date of May 29, 2026 dependant on weather 

Why: To ensure the safety of workers and the public during trench excavation and infrastructure installation for a Station Street Storm Sewer Outlet, a full road closure will be required on Summersides Boulevard between Station Street and Klager Avenue.

Summersides Boulevard within the work limits will be completely closed. Local resident access will be maintained via Tokar Lane.

Vehicular and pedestrian traffic will be detoured around the closure, including school buses, transit buses, and emergency services.

Residents who will be directly impacted by the work will receive additional details from the contractor.
