TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Town of Pelham passed By-law 43-2026 designating 491 Canboro Road (Old Pelham Town Hall) on September 2, 2026, under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990.
The Town of Pelham's regular council meeting was held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the Pelham Municipal Building at 20 Pelham Town Hall.
Pelham Town Hall will be temporarily closed to the public on September 10 from 11:30 a.m until 2:30 p.m. for a staff meeting.
Pedestrians travelling near active construction zones along Station Street and Port Robinson Road are reminded to follow all construction signage and use approved pedestrian detour routes.
Sanitary and storm sewer flushing and CCTV will begin on September 14. Flush and camera trucks will be in various locations north of Highway 20 (Regional Road 20) and Downtown Fonthill as they complete these works.
The nomination period for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election closed at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 21. Nominations have been certified by the Town of Pelham Clerk.
