Temporary Road Closure Notice
Where: Foss Road between Balfour Street and Church Street, for work taking place at the CPKC Railway crossing
When: Beginning on October 19 and continuing until October 30, 2026
What: Foss Road will be closed for trenchless installation and tunnelling activities will be taking place beneath the CPKC Railway. These operations require a full closure at the railway tracks during the work period to ensure the safety of residents and work crews. Please use an alternate route during this time.
Resident Access: Although Foss Road will be closed between Balfour Street and Church Street, residents within the closure limits will continue to have access to their properties throughout the construction period.
