Temporary Road Closures Due to August 2, 2026 Storm Damage

The Town of Pelham is currently working to repair road damage caused by storms on August 2, 2026. The following closures will remain in effect until further notice while repairs are underway.

Location One:

• Where: Moore Drive starting at Effingham Street
• Why: Crews are working to repair a cross culvert that washed out during the storm.
• Alternate Route: Moore Drive is accessible from Tice Road.

Location Two:

• Where: Orchard Hill Road is closed between addresses 105 and 145
• Why: This portion of the road has been damaged by runoff from the storm and requires repairs.
• Alternate Route: Properties west of the closure can be accessed from Luffman Drive. Properties east of the closure can be accessed from Hollow Road.

For any after-hours emergency related to water, sewer, or road conditions, and when there is imminent danger to public or private property, residents are asked to call 905-892-2607 and follow the prompts.
