The Town of Pelham's regular council meeting was held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the Pelham Municipal Building at 20 Pelham Town Hall.
All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Meeting, and any person who attends the meeting may make verbal comments and presentations relating to the 2026 Town of Pelham Mayoral Budget.

Effective Wednesday August 20, Town of Pelham Fire Chief Bob Lymburner has removed the open-air burn ban.
Open-air burning and fireworks are permitted in the Town of Pelham following the lifting of the ban in accordance with Town by-laws.
Effective Monday, August 11, 2025, Town of Pelham Fire Chief Bob Lymburner has declared an open-air burn ban in Pelham due to continued dry conditions.
There will be no open-air burning or fireworks permitted in the Town of Pelham until further notice.
