In observance of the National Day of Mourning occuring on Sunday, April 28th, the flags in the Town of Pelham have been lowered to half-mast and will remain lowered until April 29th.

Pelham, ON – On Thursday, April 4, 2024, a transformer located outside of the Meridian Community Centre caught fire, leading to an evacuation of the building and a loss of power. No one was injured during the incident.
The strategic use of town-owned lands was an action item identified by Council in the 2023-2027 Town Strategic Plan. During the preparation of the Strategic Plan, Council identified the need to determine the best use of Town-owned lands adjacent to the Meridian Community Centre (MCC) at the northwest corner of Rice Road and Summersides Boulevard.
The Town of Pelham Municipal Offices and administrative services will be closed in observance of the Easter Holiday from Friday, March 29, 2024 until Monday, April 1, 2024. Offices will reopen Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

Applications for Revision to Previously Approved Draft Plan of Subdivision, and Zoning By-law Amendments were received for the property located on the north side of Port Robinson Road, east of Station Street and known legally as Part of Lot 167 (Geographic Township Of Thorold); Part of Lots 17, 18 & 19 Registered Plan No. 717 in the Town of Pelham, Regional Municipality of Niagara (see attached plan).
