Town of Pelham Wins Gold for New Website at 2025 Hermes Creative Awards

Pelham, ON – The Town of Pelham’s newly redesigned municipal website, launched in January 2025, has received a Gold Award from the prestigious Hermes Creative Awards, an international competition that recognizes excellence in marketing and communications.

Pelham’s new website was recognized for its user-friendly design, modern interface, and enhanced functionality, making it easier than ever for residents, businesses, and visitors to access services and stay informed about Town news. Among the most notable improvements are its enhanced compatibility with mobile and tablet devices and a streamlined navigation system that allows users to find information quickly.

“This award is a proud moment for Pelham,” said David Cribbs, CAO. “The goal was to create a modern, accessible and intuitive platform that reflects the community’s character while improving access to Town services and information. This recognition validates the hard work that went into every detail of the site.”

Pelham’s achievement places it among top-tier winners in a competition that receives thousands of entries from across North America and beyond and highlights the Town’s leadership in digital service delivery. The Hermes Creative Awards program is administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). This year’s competition attracted more than 6,000 entries from across the United States, Canada, and over two dozen other countries, showcasing the very best in creative work across a broad spectrum of categories, including digital media, branding, public relations, and design.
