Where: There will be a full road closure between Effingham Street and Oille Street and Oille Street and Wessel Drive.
When: Friday, October 9, 2026 with working hours from 7am to 5pm.
Why: Crews will be working to complete an emergency cross culvert replacement
Who: Work will be completed by Anthony’s Excavating Central Inc
