2026 Final Property Tax Bills issued

The Town of Pelham's 2026 Final Property Tax bill has been mailed and/or emailed. Residents who have not received their final tax bill by June 24, 2026, are encouraged to log into the online portal to view the bill summary. Alternatively, contact the Pelham Tax Department via email at taxes@pelham.ca or by phone at 905-892-2607.

First Instalment: Tuesday, June 30, 2026, payment to be received by 4:30 p.m.

Second Instalment: Tuesday, September 29, 2026, payment to be received by 4:30 p.m. due to the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Payments are accepted in the following ways:

1.    Telephone banking/Internet banking/ABMs/Smart phone applications. Contact your financial institution for assistance and allow 1-2 business days for processing.

2.    Attending a financial institution with your bill or Roll Number, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

3.    Cheque by mail or after-hours drop box. Note: Post-dated cheques are accepted.

4.    Pre-authorized payment plan(s).

5.    By credit card through Paymentus online - additional fees apply, allow 1-2 business days for processing)

6.    Cash, Debit Card, Cheque during business hours at Town Hall, which is applied to the account at the time payment is received.

Enrolment in the pre-authorized payment plan is the best way to ensure on-time payments. Residents can take advantage of the various interest-free, pre-authorized payment options. Pre-authorized payment plans are recalculated twice annually to reflect changes in assessed value and tax rate. A void cheque or pre-authorized debit (PAD) form is required, and accounts must be paid up to date to be eligible to enrol.

Property owners can also avoid penalty charges by ensuring all payments are received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date. Payments made directly through financial institutions must be made in advance of the due date to allow for bank processing time.
