2025 Pelham Summerfest Road Closures

The 13^th annual award-winning Pelham Summerfest will take place in Pelham from July 17 to 20, 2025. Sections of the roadways in the downtown Fonthill area will be closed to allow for event setup and foot traffic throughout the event.

When planning your Pelham Summerfest itinerary, please review the following road closures.  

• Pelham Street from Regional Road #20 to 1419 Pelham Street and the area in front of Pelham Town Hall on Pelham Town Square will be closed from Friday, July 18, at 7:00 a.m. until Sunday, July 20, at 7:00 a.m. 
• Pelham Town Square from 150m west of Station Street to its termination at the Fonthill Plaza entrance will be closed on Sunday, July 20 until 5:00 p.m. 
• Pelham Town Square, the roadway under the arches, will be closed from Friday, July 18, at 7:00 a.m. until Monday, July 21, at noon. 

Local businesses will remain open.
