The Town is working to update all impacted addresses from the Canada Post postal code change for all Town accounts. Town staff will update postal codes for water billing, taxes, and accounts payable for impacted residents, no action is required by the homeowner. Applications for Revision to Previously Approved Draft Plan of Subdivision, and Zoning By-law Amendments were received for the property located on the north side of Port Robinson Road, east of Station Street and known legally as Part of Lot 167 (Geographic Township Of Thorold); Part of Lots 17, 18 & 19 Registered Plan No. 717 in the Town of Pelham, Regional Municipality of Niagara (see attached plan).
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pelham passed By-Law No. 13 (2024) on March 6, 2024, being a by-law which amends Zoning By-law No. 4481 (2022), as amended, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.

The Secondary Plan is set to deliver a sustainable, neighbourhood development that addresses various growth directives. The completion of the Plan will aid in supporting and building a strong community for the East Fenwick Area while supporting and protecting the natural heritage features in the area.
The Town of Pelham is initiating a Zoning By-law Amendment to address several housekeeping items that have been identified as being needed to be addressed in the Comprehensive Zoning By-law 4481 (2022).

In accordance with the Town of Pelham Public Notice Policy, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pelham hereby gives notice of its intention to update the Procedural By-Law and to repeal and replace By-Law No. 4107(2019), as amended on January 30, 2023 at its regular meeting of council.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pelham passed By-law No.4371 (2021) on September 7, 2021, which adopts amendment no. 12 to the Town of Pelham Official Plan under Section 22 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
