Family Fun in Pelham

FREE Family Day Activities:

11:00am-3:00pm - Cure the winter blues with some Drop-in Family Gym Time!

11:00am-3:00pm - Join the Pelham Raiders in the gym for an Introduction to Lacrosse!

11:00am-3:00pm - Intergenerational Family Day Art Drop-in Space!

11:00am-12:30pm - Bring your skates and helmets and enjoy a Free Family Skate sponsored by the Rotary Club of Fonthill! Rotary Club is accepting donations on behalf of Food 4 Kids.

11:00am - 1:00pm - Paint the Ice! Helmets are required for children under 14 years old. Helmets strongly recommended for participants over 14.

11:00am-3:00pm - The Community Expo in the lobby will provide information on opportunities available to families in Pelham including sports, service clubs, local organizations and more!

11:00am-3:00pm - Enjoy some family fun with Laser Tag available in the Accursi Room sponsored by MYAC!

11:00am-3:00pm - Halaloo will be twisting some wild Balloon Creations for families to take home! 

Looking for some Family Fun after the Family Day Activities? Come on out to the Meridian Community Centre for the Pelham Panthers Junior B hockey game as they take on the Hamilton Kilty B's at 1:00pm! 

This game is sponsored by Tim Hortons, allowing families and spectators to attend for free! 

The Town of Pelham is accepting applications for the Family Day Community Expo! There is no fee for this registration as it is a way to promote services within Pelham. Preference will be given to Pelham Services, not for profit organizations, service clubs and sports organizations who service Pelham. 

If interested, please complete the Family Day 2026 - Town of Pelham Community Expo Application Form no later than Friday, February 7th, 2025.

Family Fun Day at the Meridian Community Centre is the Town of Pelham's Family Day Community Event, a day families look forward to every year. Family Fun Day at the MCC offers residents of all ages a free, active social event featuring free skating, family bounce time and a community expo where residents can learn about all the great community groups, service clubs, and sports organizations within the Town of Pelham. 

Family Fun Day at the MCC's success is attributed to community leaders and partners who offer residents an inexpensive, active, and exciting event by attending and contributing to it. Each year more than 3,000 people participate and engage with us and our partners.

Community events are among our strategic plan goals to build strong communities and cultural assets, building civic pride, encouraging local engagement, and attracting people to the community.
