New! Youth Municipal Grant Opportunity
The purpose of this grant opportunity is to provide financial support to two students residing in Pelham who plan to attend post-secondary education in the fall of 2026.
The deadline to submit an application is April 30, 2026.
Youth Municipal Grant Opportunity Application Requirements
1. Residency
Applicants must be residents of the Town of Pelham and have lived in the community for at least 1 year.
2. Enrollment
Must be currently enrolled as a secondary school student or be a member of a homeschool program in Pelham.
3. Grade Requirement
Students applying for the high school municipal grant must be in the 12th grade, and the funds must be used towards tuition fees for post-secondary education.
4. Academic Standing
Minimum grade level of 65% or has demonstrated consistent levels of effort and improvement.
5. Community Involvement
The student has participated in community volunteer opportunities or engaged in extracurricular activities.

Facility & In Kind Municipal Grants
To apply for a 2026 grant, please fill out the application form.
The new policy allows not-for-profit organizations, recognized volunteer groups and charitable organizations, the opportunity to apply for grant funding under three categories;
- Application Based Process (up to $20,000 maximum for the calendar year)
- Application Based Process (purely in-kind labour assistance)
- Council Received Applications (up to $20,000 maximum for the calendar year)
