The Town of Pelham's Budget Open House will be using Zoom Webinar to facilitate the special meeting on Sept. 23, 2020, at 5:30 p.m.
Those who wish to speak to Council must pre-register by emailing clerks@pelham.ca by noon on Friday, Sept. 18, 2020.
Pre-registered members of the public are required to participate in a test Zoom Webinar Meeting the day before (Sept. 22, 2020, at 2 p.m.). This test meeting is to ensure technology is working. For those watching via livestream, comments can be submitted live during the meeting at clerks@pelham.ca.
Residents unable to attend the Sept. 23 open house are encouraged to provide written input via email or regular post. Email correspondence can be sent to ourbudget@pelham.ca and, if email is not an option, residents can mail their comments to 20 Pelham Town Square, P.O. Box 400, Fonthill, ON L0S 1E0, c/o Town Clerk.
