Economic Rapid Response Team launches third survey of Niagara businesses

Niagara’s Economic Rapid Response Team (ERRT) is taking a data-driven approach to Niagara’s economic recovery from COVID-19, and is asking businesses to help inform that process through a brief online survey. 

The survey is open to all Niagara businesses, regardless of size, sector or community. Businesses can access the survey online.

Little sidewalk libraries are popping up on people’s front yards across Pelham like flowers to enjoy year round.  Joe and Maggie Van Bolderen’s little library, at 17 Fallingbrook Drive, was one of the first to show up in Pelham.  Joe was inspired by a little library that he saw during a trip to Vancouver a few years ago and decided to build one out of scrap wood when he arrived home.

Pursuant to the Town of Pelham Clean Yards By-law, as amended, please be advised that:

Every owner of property in the Town of Pelham shall cut, trim or remove the grass and weeds whenever the growth of the grass or weeds exceeds two hundred (200) millimetres (8 inches) in height except on land used for agricultural purposes.

Today is Crossing Guard Appreciation Day, and the Town of Pelham would like to extend a sincere thank you to those stationed throughout town, rain, snow, or shine, to help kids get to and from school safely. For many crossing guards in Pelham, they have been providing the vital service for many years; the waves and smiles of passers-by on foot or in vehicles are testaments to their presence.
