Amidst rumours and allegations, Pelham Town Council clarified the scope and scale of a KPMG Report that was presented to Council on Sept. 5, 2017.

Pelham, ON – Land in East Fonthill has been sold for a record price.

Parkhill Properties – who outlined their affordable, seniors housing project at a Nov. 6, 2017 Council meeting – purchased the parcel of land for a record-setting $743,243 per acre for pre-development approved land.

Parkhill purchased a total of 1.48 acres, for a total of $1.1 million, closing on a date of no later than March 31, 2018.
