Pelham not included in fire ban

The Town of Pelham is not included in the Ontario Fire Restriction zone, or have we implemented a fire ban. The Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources & Forestry (MNRF) places fire restrictions between April 1 & October 31 every year. This years restrictions include a full fire ban in those zones.

 Town of Pelham Council Meetings – Electronic Participation

On March 23, 2020, Council for the Town of Pelham amended its Procedural By-law to allow for full electronic participation at Council meetings during a declared emergency. 

During this Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic, Council meetings will be convened electronically for all Members except the Mayor or designate (the meeting Chair).
