Town of Pelham levies Part III charge for contravention of cannabis interim control bylaw

Pelham, ON – The Town of Pelham issued a Part III charge under the Provincial Offences Act to Woodstock Biomed Inc. (Leviathan Cannabis Group Inc.) at 770 Foss Road for allegedly violating the Town’s Cannabis Interim Control Bylaw (ICB).

Town of Pelham receives just under $447,000 in COVID-19 relief funding

As part of the federal-provincial Safe Restart Agreement with municipalities, Pelham will receive just under $447,000 in the first round of funding. You can read the provincial announcement here.

The funding offsets the various financial impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, including program revenues, advertising, cleaning, safety, and more.
