The Town of Pelham is hosting a DC Study Open House for Developers
- The Open House will take place on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, located at 20 Pelham Town Square, Fonthill, ON.
- The purpose of this meeting is to share the updated Development Charges Study capital projects.
- A representative from Watson and Associates, the consultants retained by the Town of Pelham, will be at the Open House to answer any questions.

Notice: Rural Roadside Mowing
The Town of Pelham is continuing the rural roadside mowing program beginning on June 3, 2024.
The initial cut, occurring over the next three weeks, weather permitting, mows from the road to the bottom of the ditch in rural areas. The cut assists in controlling weeds, ticks and other invasive species. The mowing also assists in improving road drainage and sight lines for vehicles.
