Pelham, ON – Council for the Town of Pelham has approved the 2024 Capital and Operating Budgets at the December 20th meeting of council. The budget process begins in the late summer of each year and is finalized with the annual approval.
The final municipal tax levy increase for 2024 is 3.77%. For the average residential property with an assessed value of $377,000, this would be an increase of approximately $83 per year. The draft 2024 Operating Budget had...
