On July 5, 2015, the Town of Pelham completed the first phase of the public engagement process by gathering resident feedback on preferred municipal bus trip routes and times. This information was then summarized to propose potential routes and schedules.
In November 2016, the Town of Pelham sought public feedback on Pelham Transit through the Pelham Transit Customer Satisfaction Survey distributed online, on the Pelham bus, at Town Hall and at the Fonthill Library. This information was used to determine need-based changes to the service that will take effect in the Spring of 2017.
