How Do You Apply For A Building Permit?
Submit a completed application form with two sets of scaled construction drawings including a proposed site plan referenced to an up-to-date survey to the Building and Enforcement Services Department at the Town Hall. The plans may be prepared in either metric or imperial values. The type of plans which are required vary with the type and size of the project.
The standard Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing Application Form is now required for all permit applications. You can find the application form by visiting the Ministry's website.
