Fireworks
The manufacturing, selling, storage and setting off of fireworks within the Town of Pelham are subject to by-law 2951 (2008).
High hazards fireworks may only be set off by certified pyro-technicians with a permit to do so within the town.
Low hazard (consumer) fireworks may only be sold and set off on certain dates.
To obtain a permit, contact the Pelham Fire Department. Below are downloadable copies of the application forms. The permit fee is $100.
